Golf Fitness is an overused phrase in the industry. What it really boils down to, is the focus on fitness and movement around the golf swing mechanics in order to improve both. My program looks to improve balance and stability through your body and subsequently add power and consistency in the swing.
Mobility screens are used to identify tight or under-active muscles in every day movement. These tests will help me develop a plan of attack to address all under-active muscles used in the golf swing. Using this plan, the client naturally develops a balance to their movements in everyday life as well as allowing them to naturally set up to the golf ball better.
