WHAT AGE RANGE DOES AUSTIN WORK WITH?
Generally - lessons start around age 8. Fitness starts around the 12th birthday.
DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN WITH AUSTIN JARCHOW GOLF AND FITNESS?
No. Everyone has a body and by default that makes us all athletes! Each program is individually created to your own capabilities.
HOW IS AUSTIN DIFFERENT FROM OTHER INSTRUCTORS OR TRAINERS?
Austin doesn't teach one model of golf swing or one method of fitness. The need to be flexible as an instructor allows him to be open minded with you as a student to reach all your needs - not just the ones that look good on Instagram or Facebook.
SHOULD I CONSIDER A GOLF FITNESS PROGRAM TO COMPLIMENT MY LESSONS?
Absolutely. With a small amount of work you could increase your Range of Motion and Stability allowing you to increase club head speed and distance.
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO PRACTICE?
Austin will 100% send you home if you haven't gotten 2 practice sessions in between lessons. We're not going to waste your time or ours.
